Yes our seminars are free to attend. To view our latest seminar programme click here.

We advise that children under 16 do not attend the event, as this is a trade only event and there will not be crèche facilities available.

A child entry pass will be required for all those under the age of 16 – these can only be picked up on the day from the registration desks in the main entrance.

Anyone over the age of 16 will be required to register for the event by completing the visitor registration form.

Yes, you can register on arrival to the show.

You will receive your entry badge 2 weeks before the show begins.

Yes, if you'd like to edit any of your registration details please email  info@source-homeandgift.com and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Registration for Source Home & Gift is non-date specific. Once you have registered and have your entry badge, you can attend the show on any of the open days, as many times as you'd like.

On arrival to the show, our show guide will be available to collect at the entrance which includes a floor plan and other useful information. There will also be signage once you arrive.

If you've forgotten your entry badge, please go to the registration desks and they will print a new one for you. You may be asked to provide proof of company name or ID, so please have confirmation in the form of a business card or confirmation email available. 

Yes, all of our exhibitors are required to have had a recent audit from Sedex or a recognisable audit institution. This gives our visitors the confidence of knowing that you'll be meeting manufacturers that have responsible and ethical business practises.

Yes, parking is available at the NEC Birmingham, with regular shuttle buses to take you from the car parks to the halls. Parking is free of charge for visitors to Source Home & Gift. 

Yes, there is free WiFi available throughout the NEC. If you'd like to connect whilst at the show, select 'NEC Free Wifi', and complete the form.

Yes, there are plenty of food and drink options available inside the NEC, you can find out more here.

Yes, there are cloakrooms available in the main Piazza and Atrium, close to hall entrances. There is a £1 charge per item. Please note that items are left at your own risk.

There are ATMs located within the Piazza and Atrium, however please note there is a usage fee. You can find free ATMs at Birmingham International train station, and within Resorts World.
