VeryNile.Shop is dedicated to empowering the women of Qursaya, a small island on the Nile, by helping them develop their skills to transform plastic waste collected by fishermen and used plastic bags into sustainably handmade products. This not only creates job opportunities and supports local communities but also contributes to protecting the environment by reducing plastic waste and giving it a second life.
Our core products are durable recycled sheets, made from plastic bottle caps, and flexible upcycled plastic bag sheets, crafted with care and precision. These versatile materials are transformed into a wide variety of items, including reusable packaging like envelopes, home and decor products, lifestyle and fashion items, and customizable applications of these materials.
