With more than 17 years of Head Office retail experience, Neil has worked with major global brands, helping them deliver lasting results whilst driving category performance. He is skilled in negotiation, planning and supply chain management. Previous to Retail100 Consulting, Neil spent 17 years at John Lewis & Partners, working in merchandising across a multitude of categories. Neil is driven by people - leadership, trust and coaching are at the heart of his approach to unlock potential. Neil has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Sussex and has recently completed a course on Sustainable Supply Chain Management from Cambridge University's Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
